Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items cannot be returned, but we still offer flexible solutions wherever possible:

  • Sale products, including Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1) offers
    ➝ Not eligible for returns, but you may exchange them for another size (subject to availability).

  • Products priced below ₹699
    ➝ These are final-sale items and cannot be returned.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

If this is your first order:

  • Exchange: Free

  • Return for Store Credit: Free

  • Refund to Bank Account: ₹150 processing fee

Second Exchange Request:

A small ₹100 handling fee applies.

Refunds

We want refunds to feel fair and transparent:

  • If you received the wrong size, wrong color, or a defective product:
    ✔️ You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • For all other reasons (e.g., preference change):
    ✔️ Refunds are issued as store credit.

Processing Time:
Refunds are completed within 7–12 working days from the moment your return is approved.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for either:
    ✔️ the same product, or
    ✔️ another product of equal or higher value

  • Sale items can be exchanged only (no returns).

All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

To help us maintain quality for all customers, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused and unworn

  • All original tags are intact

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Items not meeting these conditions may not qualify for return/exchange.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit
